Professional Profile
Nicole E. Rudnicki (she/her) has been an attorney with Brothers Henderson Durkin, P.S. since 2024. She
received her undergraduate degree from Mercyhurst University and graduated from Seattle University School of
Law in 2023. Her practice focuses on education law, disability rights and advocacy, guardianships,
conservatorships, estate and trust planning, benefits advocacy, and elder law. She enjoys all aspects of her
practice but is especially excited to ensure equal access to education and foster inclusive environments for
individuals with disabilities.
Throughout her undergraduate studies, Nicole worked in various schools, educational institutions, child centers,
and youth-focused organizations and volunteered with numerous organizations focused on serving individuals
with disabilities in her community. Prior to joining Brothers Henderson Durkin, P.S., Nicole externed with Office of
Administrative Hearings (OAH), assisted several law professors at Seattle University with research on civil rights
work, and worked at a law firm who’s practice involved education law, discrimination and civil rights, protection
orders, and employment law.
Nicole is a member of the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA), King County Bar Association (KCBA), and
Tacoma-Pierce Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Attorneys for Education Rights and Council of
Parent Attorneys and Advocates, Inc.
While not at work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, painting, rock climbing, ice
skating, and volunteering with local animal shelters.
