Estate Planning, Probate, Tax Attorney
Brothers Henderson Durkin, P.S. is an established yet growing boutique firm that focuses on representation of individuals, families, and professionals in the areas of disability law, elder law, guardianship, estate planning, trust & estate administration, and related disputes. We offer a team of exceptional people who are passionate about the clients we serve.
We are currently looking to add an energetic, like-minded associate attorney or small practice to our team. The person/group will be responsible for guiding individuals and families through the maze of estate planning, probate, trusts, and tax related issues.
Three to five years practice as a licensed attorney is preferred. Relevant experience in practice areas of estate planning, trusts, probate required. LLM in tax is strongly preferred. Must be admitted to practice in Washington State.

- Comfortable and proficient with technology: MS Office Suite and time and document management software
We are offering a full-time position. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and size of practice from $150,000 to $300,000 annually. We also provide a generous productivity-based monthly bonus structure.
